Initial Setup
Short: Organization, Team and Billing setup required to launch a tenant on Creative Job Hub.
1. Organization Settings
Location: Settings → Organization
Steps
- Navigate to Settings → Organization.
- Enter your Organization name and Timezone.
- Upload your company logo in Branding (PNG/JPG, recommended 200×200px).
- Add company address, phone, and email (these appear on PDFs).
- Customize PDF terms and conditions.
- Save your changes.
Required data
- Company name

- Email address
- Company logo
2. Team Setup
Location: Settings → Team
Steps
- Go to Settings → Team.
- Click Invite Team Member.
- Enter the user’s email address.
- Assign a role: Owner, Manager, Technician, Admin.
- Optionally set hourly rate and employee number.
- Configure department and other employee details.
- Send invitation.
Roles
- Owner: Full access (billing + settings).
- Manager: Manage jobs, clients, schedules, reports.
- Technician: Mobile access (view jobs, clock in/out, update job status).
- Admin: Broad access excluding billing.
3. Billing Setup
Location: Settings → Billing
Steps
- Navigate to Settings → Billing.
- Choose subscription plan:
- Starter: Basic features for small teams.
- Professional: Full feature set for growing businesses.
- Enterprise: Advanced features and priority support.
- Add payment method for subscription billing.
- Configure Stripe for customer payments (Settings → Stripe).
- Complete Stripe onboarding to accept online card payments.

- 14-day free trial.
- Full access during trial.
- No credit card required to start.
Tips
