Lead statuses

  • New — Just received.
  • Contacted — Initial contact made.
  • Qualified — Confirmed interest and budget.
  • Won — Converted to client.
  • Lost — Not a fit.


Process

  1. View leads and filter by status.
  2. Use the interactive map to visualize leads.
  3. Click a lead for details, update status, add notes.
  4. Create estimates from lead details.
  5. Convert won leads to clients.




  1. New: Lead created (AI receptionist, web form, manual).
  2. Contact: Contact within 24 hours, set status to Contacted.
  3. Qualify: Confirm need, budget, and timeline. Set status Qualified.
  4. Estimate: Build and send estimate.
  5. Close: If accepted → convert to client & create job. If declined → mark Lost with reason.
