Navigation & UI

This article provides a short tour of the primary application areas and how to access common features.

Primary areas

  • Jobs (List & Details)

The Jobs list is where dispatchers and administrators view job pipelines (New, Scheduled, In Progress, Completed). From a job you can view details, update status, add notes and photos, and perform billing actions.

  • Jobs Map

The Jobs Map is accessible at /maps/jobs or from the “Jobs Map” link in the sidebar navigation. The map provides cluster visualization, filtering, and live technician locations. :contentReference[oaicite:8]{index=8}

  • Job Details Drawer

Clicking a job marker on the map opens a details drawer with quick actions, such as: open full job details, navigate to the customer, or call/text the customer. Use the drawer for fast dispatch decisions without leaving the map. :contentReference[oaicite:9]{index=9}

  • Clients / Contacts

Client profiles hold contact details, history, and linked jobs/estimates.

  • Scheduling / Calendar

Use the calendar or scheduling UI to assign jobs to technicians, view availability, and resolve scheduling conflicts.

  • Settings & Integrations

Admin settings contain tenant configuration, integrations (Mapbox, push notifications), and security-related options.

Quick tips

  • Use status filters to focus the Jobs list or the Jobs Map on specific job states.
  • Use the map filters (date range, technician) to narrow down visible jobs for routing and planning.
  • For dispatching from the map, expand job clusters and use the job drawer quick actions for immediate contact or navigation. :contentReference[oaicite:10]{index=10}

Where to find help

If a control is not visible, check your role permissions or contact your tenant administrator.
