Login Issues
- Use Forgot Password link. Clear browser cache or try private mode. Contact support if still blocked.
Client not receiving emails
- Verify client email, check spam, ask to whitelist your domain, resend or download PDFs and email manually.
GPS not working on mobile
- Ensure location permissions enabled and GPS is on. For iOS: Settings → Privacy → Location Services. For Android: Settings → Apps → Permissions → Location.
Photos not uploading
- Check connectivity. Prefer Wi-Fi for bulk uploads. Verify camera permission. Photos taken offline sync when connection restores.
Stripe link issues
- Verify Stripe onboarding completed, invoice amount > $0.50, regenerate payment link if needed.
Job not on map
- Confirm property has a complete address and geocoding succeeded; re-save property to trigger geocode. Check map filters and zoom level.
