Install & Use the PWA

Creative Job Hub (CJH) is delivered as a Progressive Web App (PWA). The PWA gives an app-like experience on phones and desktops and supports offline workflows.

How to install

Desktop

Look for the install button in the app header or the browser’s address bar (this varies by browser).
Click Install to add CJH to your desktop — it will run like a standalone app.

Mobile

Open CJH using a supported browser on your mobile device (Chrome, Safari, or other modern browsers).
Choose Add to Home Screen from the browser menu to install the PWA. On iOS the option appears behind the share/menu icon.

Offline behavior

The PWA is designed to work offline and will queue changes locally while offline. Typical offline operations include job updates, photo uploads, payment records and client notes. UX notes

Some platform-specific behaviors differ (for example, push notification support can vary between iOS and Android PWAs). For consistent push behavior, consult the Notifications article in the KB.

Troubleshooting — PWA install

Install button missing: Check browser compatibility (older browsers may not show the install affordance). Offline not syncing: Ensure the device regained network connectivity; check the client’s sync/log UI for failures and any queued items. Push not received after install: Confirm the device granted notification permissions and that tenant-level push configuration is complete.
